“Up until sometime in the 1800s, though, lobster was literally low-class food, eaten only by the poor and institutionalized.”  page 366

For me this quote stuck out to me because I would have no idea about this, and I think it’s a fun interesting fact to me just because how pricey lobster is now and how prioritized it seems to be.
